| DETROIT — 1st Source Servall has purchased the Appliance Parts Company of Louisiana (APCOLA ) and its eight stores throughout Louisiana (Alexandria, Shreveport, Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Metairie, Monroe, and Bossier City). The acquisition includes all of APCOLA’s inventory, real estate, and business infrastructure. 1st Source Servall will keep all of the acquired stores fully operating and plans to retain all of the approximately 50 employees currently employed by APCOLA. |

Sometimes it takes a new set of eyes to see what you’ve got. Kevin Sullivan, chief operating officer of appliance parts giant 1st Source Servall, likes what he sees in Birmingham. The Michigan-based company last fall acquired Alabama Parts Co.’s 40,000-square-foot warehouse on 31st Street North. The company could have put its 10th warehouse in another, bigger city. But, Sullivan said, Birmingham has what he was looking for. |

| Appliance parts distributor remodels Colonie facility |

1st Source Servall, a family-owned and operated distributor of appliance
parts, recently completed the remodeling of its 30,000 square foot facility at
16 Commercial Avenue in Colonie. The Detroit-based company began leasing the
Colonie building, which is the company’s first distribution center in the Northeast,
in late 2010. |

appliances to some Western New York organizations. 1st Source Servall provided
6 groups with refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves and dishwashers.
The recipients of this donation are: Compass House, Faith Based Fellowship,
Friends of Night People, Haven House, Teen Challenge of Western New York, and
Vive La Casa. |

The New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department, recently
granted 1stSource Servall two key victories in its defense of a
lawsuit brought by its chief competitor – Marcone APW, LLC. By an Order
dated March 10, 2011, the Appellate Court first granted a significant reversal
of a February 8, 2011 decision by New York Supreme Court Justice John Michalek
and then expedited the balance of Servall's appeal of the trial court's
preliminary injunction against the company. As a result, Servall is now
free to sell its products to customers in the appliances industry despite
Marcone's efforts to stop it from doing so. |
